Asterion directly translates to, “Little Star” and was the name in Ancient Crete for what is known in modern times as the Cannabis plant. The High Priestesses in this Matriarchal society would use Asterion for communion and oracle practice. The Asterion plant was recognized and honored for these spiritual gifts and consumed with reverence and intention.
